    Most services will be billed on a monthly basis. We may require deposit for large jobs.  Please make checks payable to Sean’s Yard Service, LLC.

    All materials are guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above requested specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the original proposal.

    All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control.  Our workers are fully covered by Workmen’s Compensation Insurance. Customer agrees to pay for all expenses incurred in collecting past due accounts, including court and/or attorney fees.
